Assalamu-Alaikum Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We are the in the last 10 days of the most blessed month of the year. Let us do our best to acquire as much as we can from the generous bounty of Allah SWT.

"Aisha raḍyAllāhu 'anha (may Allāh be pleased with her) reported: With the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, the Prophet ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) used to tighten his waist belt (i.e. work harder) and used to pray the whole night, and used to keep his family awake for the prayers." (Bukhari)

We will be hosting Qiyam-ul-Lail every night from June 5th - Jun 13th Insha'Allah. Please join us for Isha followed by Taraweh prayer. You have the option to go home or stay to continue prayer. We will being our Salat Tahajud from 2am - 3am. After that we will have suhuur. You are welcome to bring suhuur with you to share with everyone and increase your good or you can have suhuur before you come to the Masjid. We will end with Salat Al-Fajr.

Please consider this that merely praying Isha and Fajr in congregation on that night is enough to fill its scales. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever attends Isha prayer in congregation, then he has the reward as if he had stood half of the night. And whoever prays Isha and Fajr in congregation, then he has the reward as if he had spend the entire night standing in prayer.”Moreover, Imam Malik (d. 179 H) narrated that he had heard that Said ibn al-Musayyab (d. 94 H) used to say, “Whoever is present at Isha on Laylatul-Qadr has taken his portion from it.” (Al-Yaqeen)

We hope to see you tonight Insha'Allah and May Allah SWT also allow us to see each other in Jannah. Ameen!
