Family is hard work, and it’s common for both parents to struggle in balancing spiritual needs and familial obligations.
There’s a famous narration where one of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ was concerned about his faith itself because of it. When he sat with the Prophet ﷺ, he remembered Allah and his Iman felt strong. When we went home though, he got busy and distracted.
He took his question to the Prophet ﷺ, and the advice he received is as relevant today as it was then.
